Empower Your Children and encourage them to express themselves confidently. By creating a nurturing and welcoming family environment which will serve them well into their childhood.
Ask them questions in a way which is fun and approachable and shows them you're interested in their world.
Most importantly parenting can be relentlessly hard some days, so we know you might not do all 5 days worth of activities at once, you will have lifetime access to it and any changes we make along the way.
